although i mentioned this before but i have to say it again. the best breakfast in kuwait can be found at mc donalds on the gulf road. open till 11:30 you can have the best value breakfast for the money. 3 pancakes, scrambled eggs, 2 muffins, 1 hash brown, sausages and orange juice for 1.200kd.
